The Steps Involved

Payroll at Penn Accounts is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

One:

First, collect your payroll hours and earnings each pay period on our easy to complete Payroll Form which reminds you to tell us of any changes to the payroll such as deductions, pay increases or new staff etc.

Send us the information by:

Telephone: your named representative in the Payroll Unit will be happy to input your payroll data when he/she calls you each pay period.

Fax: simply fill-out your Payroll Form which we will provide to you free of charge and fax it to your named representative in the Payroll Team for processing.

E mail: complete your Payroll Form which we will provide to you free of charge and e mail it back to your named representative in the Payroll Team for processing.

Post: complete your Payroll Form and return it in the prepaid envelopes which we will provide to you free of charge and pop it into the post to your named representative in the Payroll Team for processing.
Two:

Once your payroll has been submitted, your Payroll Report will be delivered by to you by fax, by e mail, by post or even by courier overnight - it's your choice!

Three:

Finally, once you have approved the Payroll Report, which ensures that you are always in control, the highly qualified Payroll Team under the supervision of your named representative will ensure that you receive the payslips and other documents such as P45's

All you need to ensure is that the payments are put into the Bank! If you prefer, we can even do that for you !!

We will also ensure that your tax payments are made accurately and on time. We'll file all your quarterly and annual payroll returns and reports - leaving you with nothing to worry about.

And we guarantee they'll be filed and paid accurately and on time...or WE pay the penalties and interest.

How Do We Do It?

Imagine this.......

Assuming pay day is every week on Friday:

Monday: Send your Payroll Form to us

Tuesday: Your Payroll Report is processed by us and approved by you.

Wednesday: Payslips and P45's sent to you by your preferred method of delivery and cheques or BACS payment prepared

Friday: Employee's pay in bank
